PROGRAMS
Services provided:
1-on-1 Online Personal Training - This includes building a full workout
program with regular check-ins and general nutrition guidance.
Custom Programming - This is a onetime purchase and will include a
full workout routine with programmed training blocks, testing weeks,
and de-load periods. We will have an initial interview upon purchase,
where I will be asking questions to customize the most effective and
enjoyable workout program for you.
Standard Programs - This will include a 6 week workout plan and de-
load. These programs are meant for beginner-intermediate lifters who
are looking for a general program to follow. These programs will hit all
the areas they need to build a balanced physique and attaining
strength goals.
Who am I?
My name is Sean Vosmera. Since 2020 I've been dedicating my life to personal fitness. When I started, I had no idea what I was doing and not many people around me knew how to help. I studied how to train for hypertrophy, strength, endurance, and flexibility. June 2024, I signed up for an ISSA certification course and expanded my knowledge on weight training and how to improve general fitness.
I am now able to pull all of my knowledge together to put it into play. In 5 years, I've gained roughly 40lbs of lean muscle and added over 580lbs to my powerlifting total. I stand at 5'6", 155lbs at 12% body-fat, with my all-time high being 162lbs at 17% bodyfat.
I believe in the psychological approach to exercise and I do think that there is at least one fitness activity out there for each individual person. My goal is not only to help you find your passion but also to help you maintain the drive to continue moving forward.
